Substance Use Treatment & Recovery
Structured outpatient recovery care for appropriate clients with substance-use concerns, relapse risk, and related psychosocial or family needs.
Therapy House programs bring together the services a patient may need across behavioral health, addiction recovery, medical care, nutrition and physical rehabilitation. The exact combination of services is based on assessment findings, clinical need, patient goals and the level of care Therapy House can safely provide.
Each program has a defined target population, assessment process, individualized goals, appropriate clinical components, progress review and a clear transition or continuing-care plan. Patients receive the components that are clinically indicated — not every listed discipline.
Choose the duration. Choose the appropriate care track. Begin with an assessment. Every enrollment begins with an assessment and individualized goals, and the final program placement follows professional assessment.
Structured outpatient recovery care for appropriate clients with substance-use concerns, relapse risk, and related psychosocial or family needs.
Physician-led assessment, medical recovery support, monitoring, and referral. Detoxification/withdrawal management is an acute medical episode and is not sold as a 90-day, 6-month, or 1-year detox package.
Goal- and function-based rehabilitation for appropriate pain, mobility, strength, balance, functional, or recovery needs.
Longitudinal nutrition care focused on sustainable behavior change, individualized nutrition goals, adherence, and appropriate coordination with medical and rehabilitation services.
Voluntary spiritual-wellness and supportive holistic care with clear boundaries. This track must not be presented as a substitute for medical diagnosis, emergency treatment, prescribed treatment, or regulated clinical care.
Therapy House programs are individualized following assessment. Services, frequency, professional involvement, and level of care depend on clinical need, professional scope, service availability, and applicable requirements. Emergency or higher-level needs may require referral or transfer to an appropriate hospital or specialist service.
The Addiction Recovery Program is a structured outpatient pathway for patients whose substance-use assessment indicates that Therapy House's level of care is appropriate. The program addresses substance-use patterns, motivation, psychological health, coping, family impact, relapse risk and long-term recovery.
The Family Recovery Program recognizes that addiction and behavioral-health problems affect the family system. It helps appropriate family members understand recovery, strengthen communication, establish healthier boundaries, improve coping and develop a practical support plan.
The Continuing Recovery Program provides planned outpatient follow-up after an initial treatment phase, medical stabilization, hospital/residential care or improvement in recovery stability. The goal is to maintain progress, monitor changing risk, strengthen recovery routines and respond early when a patient needs additional support.
The Metabolic Wellness Program is a coordinated outpatient pathway for appropriate patients whose health goals involve weight, blood-pressure risk, diabetes-related nutrition or other metabolic-health concerns. The program combines nutrition intervention with medical review when needed, behavior-change support and appropriate physical activity or rehabilitation according to patient needs and professional scope.
The Chronic Pain & Rehabilitation Program is designed for appropriate patients whose persistent pain affects movement, activity, confidence or daily functioning. The program emphasizes functional recovery and self-management rather than promising complete pain elimination.
Clinician-facilitated therapeutic groups for skills, support, recovery and behavior change.
Participation follows screening for group suitability. Active groups and schedules are published here only once they are confirmed. Groups that are planned but not yet running are shown as coming soon; you can register your interest.
We never display participant names or attendance publicly.

Behavioral Health & Addiction is the anchor. Medical & Recovery participates when medically indicated; Nutrition and Physiotherapy & Wellness are added only when those needs are clinically relevant. Each regulated professional keeps responsibility for decisions within their own scope, and you are never enrolled in a multidisciplinary package based only on a website selection.

Yes. Programs begin with an assessment that determines your needs and the level of care that can be safely provided.
No. Patients receive the components that are clinically indicated. A program is a structured pathway, not an identical package.
Assessment findings, clinical need, your goals and each professional’s scope determine who is involved. Website selection alone never enrolls you in a multidisciplinary package.
Yes, where clinically appropriate. Continuing recovery follow-up is designed for people transitioning from hospital or residential care.
You will be referred to the appropriate hospital, inpatient or specialist service. Therapy House is an outpatient service.
Family participation depends on consent, confidentiality requirements and applicable law. The Family Recovery Program also supports family members in their own right.
Duration and intensity are individualized and are not fixed or promised in advance.
The program is planned but not yet staffed, approved and operational, so clinical booking is not open. You can join the interest list to be contacted when it becomes available.
Yes. Start with Central Intake and we will help identify an appropriate starting point — you do not need to diagnose yourself.
Start with an assessment or Therapy House Central Intake. Your care pathway should be based on clinical needs, goals and the level of care that can be safely provided.
