Every enrollment begins with assessment and individualized goals. Program frequency is individualized, and final placement follows professional assessment.

Foundation Care

90-Day Recovery Foundation Program

Assessment, active intervention, early progress and transition planning.

  • Month 1 — Assessment & Stabilizationcomprehensive substance-use and psychosocial assessment; withdrawal/medical-risk screening; mental-health and safety screening; individualized recovery plan; medical/psychiatric referral when indicated; regular individual counseling; trigger and craving identification; family involvement with consent.
  • Month 2 — Active Recoverycounseling at clinically determined frequency; motivational and CBT-oriented recovery interventions within competence; coping and emotional-regulation skills; recovery routines; group care where available; family education; case-management/referral support; progress review.
  • Month 3 — Relapse Prevention & Transitionhigh-risk-situation planning; relapse-prevention plan; recovery-support mapping; family/recovery-environment review; functional goals; outcome reassessment; discharge/step-down decision; continuing-care plan.
Comprehensive Care

6-Month Comprehensive Recovery Program

Treatment, behavior change, multidisciplinary coordination and maintenance.

  • Months 1–3complete the Recovery Foundation pathway.
  • Months 4–6move toward recovery maintenance, with counseling frequency adjusted to clinical need; recovery reviews; groups where appropriate; family sessions as indicated; relapse-risk reassessment; recovery-capital development; work/family/social reintegration; and coordinated referrals when clinically appropriate.
Continuing Care & Wellness

1-Year Continuing Recovery Program

Long-term maintenance, monitoring, independence and continuing-care planning.

  • Quarter 1 — Stabilization and active treatment.
  • Quarter 2 — Relapse prevention and functional recovery.
  • Quarter 3 — Recovery maintenance and increasing independence.
  • Quarter 4 — Long-term recovery planning, periodic outcome monitoring, early-warning-sign review, and annual recovery review.

What may be included

Assessment, individualized recovery plan, individual counseling, group/family services when appropriate, case management/referrals, progress reviews, relapse-prevention and continuing-care planning.

Clinical & safety note

Program intensity and frequency are individualized. Clients needing emergency, inpatient, residential, or higher-level medical/psychiatric care are referred appropriately.

Therapy House programs are individualized following assessment. Services, frequency, professional involvement, and level of care depend on clinical need, professional scope, service availability, and applicable requirements. Emergency or higher-level needs may require referral or transfer to an appropriate hospital or specialist service.
