Addiction Recovery Program

Assessment, treatment, family support, medical coordination when indicated, relapse prevention and continuing recovery.

Available

The Addiction Recovery Program is a structured outpatient pathway for patients whose substance-use assessment indicates that Therapy House's level of care is appropriate. The program addresses substance-use patterns, motivation, psychological health, coping, family impact, relapse risk and long-term recovery. Treatment is individualized; patients receive the components clinically indicated rather than an identical package.

Scope & safety

Outpatient addiction treatment is not appropriate for every patient. Severe withdrawal, overdose, seizure, delirium, medical instability or acute psychiatric danger may require emergency, hospital, inpatient or specialist care.

Key disciplines

  • Behavioral Health & Addiction
  • Medical & Recovery (when indicated)
  • Family services (with consent)

Not every patient receives every listed discipline; the mix is decided after assessment.
