Structured follow-up that helps patients maintain gains and respond early when recovery needs change.

By appointment

Continuing Care / Aftercare provides planned outpatient follow-up after stabilization, rehabilitation, an intensive treatment episode or completion of an initial Therapy House treatment phase. Scope & safety

Continuing care should not delay reassessment or referral to a higher level of care when a patient's condition worsens.

Relevant FAQ

Common questions

Where should a new patient start?

A new patient can begin with the relevant assessment or Central Intake. The goal is to identify the appropriate service rather than requiring the patient to diagnose the problem independently.

Does Therapy House provide emergency care?

No routine website or outpatient appointment should be presented as emergency hospital care. Acute medical or psychiatric emergencies require the appropriate emergency/hospital service.

Can I book if I am unsure which service I need?

Yes. The website should provide a 'Not sure which service I need' option that routes the visitor to Central Intake rather than forcing a clinical self-selection.

Not sure where to start?

Start with Therapy House Central Intake. We can help identify the appropriate starting point based on your concerns and service needs — you do not need to diagnose yourself.
